From time to time, a user reaches out and asks if they can have a refund for a subscription fee ($10). The fee provides access to Dispute's software services and tracking platform. That enables you to render and file documents through the software but also track any ongoing services, and documents you have sent via USPS, or filed with a court.

While Dispute does offer refunds for unused services, there are no refunds for subscription charges once they have occurred. You can cancel the subscription at any time to prevent any future monthly charges.

Dispute's customer support team can confirm that your subscription is canceled and you will not occur any future charges related to the subscription.
