What's the refund policy?
In general, if you haven't used a service, you can get a full refund by contact our support team. However, we do not refund rejected filings, or other incomplete steps if they result from errors you make in preparing paperwork, or providing us instructions. We reserve the right to decline all refunds. and no refunds are guaranteed at any time. Digital products are also not eligible for refunds after purchase.
