Ridgecrest has two presiding supervising judges, the Honorable Lisa Pacione and the Honorable Kenneth Pritchard. Judge Pacione, a Democrat, is a graduate of the Pepperdine School of Law. Before being appointed to the bench, Pacione worked in private practice and most recently was the commissioner of the Kern court. Judge Pritchard is graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Before being appointed to the bench, Pritchard worked as a lawyer in private practice in Ridgecrest.
