The presiding judge is the honorable Bryan Stainfield, who serves as the supervising judge of the Mojave Superior Court. Stainfield, a Republican, is a graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Law. Before being appointed to the bench, Stainfield worked in both private and public practice within Kern County. Stainfield has been a judge for Kern County Superior Court since 2009.
