You can submit additional court forms for filing. All you need is to have submitted a small claims case for filing through our website.
Small Claims case purchased and filed through GetDispute.com
Head to your dashboard and navigate to the case where you would like to file an additional document(s).
Scroll down to the "Additional Services" section at the bottom of your case screen and click "Purchase."
Review the Additional Filing information and click "Start."
Confirm where you want to file your documents. We will automatically assign the courthouse you previously selected for this case.
Use the red "Upload" button to upload the documents you want to be filed.
Click "Submit" when you are ready to upload all your documents.
Review the filing fees and click "Pay and file" when ready to file the documents. Proceed through the payment screen.
Congratulations! We are filing the documents on your behalf. We'll have it to the courthouse within two business days and notify you (via email) when the court processes the paperwork.
Check your dashboard anytime to see if we have received an update on your filings from the courthouse.
