This article will explain how to edit a small claims document that has already been generated and signed but not yet submitted for filing. You can update the document and submit it for filing in a few minutes using Dispute’s software.

Prerequisites:

Purchased but not signed or filed $99 or $349 small claims service.

Instructions:

Step 1:

Access the specific small claims document you want to edit by clicking "View" on the case shown on your dashboard.

Step 2:

Click the red "Review" button.

Step 3:

Click "Edit Document" to change any of the contents within the generated document.

Step 4:

Congratulations! You can now click "Edit" to make any changes to the documents. Click "Finish" when you are ready to regenerate the document.
