The 15-Day Notice to Quit (Non-Compliance) is used by landlords in Pennsylvania to formally demand a tenant, who has an at-will tenancy or has occupied the property for less than one year, to leave a property they are leasing due to a violation of the rules of the lease. A landlord is required to provide the tenant with this notice, giving the tenant 15 days to move out prior to any eviction filings. Day 1 is the day the tenant was served the Notice. Weekends and holidays are included in the 15-day period.
