Hall of Justice and Records Small Claims - Redwood City, CA

The small claims judge in at the San Mateo courthouse is Commissioner Lauren Zorfas. Hon. Zorfas was elected to the Superior Court of California in 2020. She is a graduate of San Francisco Law School. Prior to her election, Zorfas had achieved a lengthy career in family and public interest law.

The small claims division is housed in San Mateo Courthouse’s Southern Branch, the Hall of Justice & Records. The Hall of Justice & Records is an eight-floored building located in the middle of downtown Redwood City.
