Hours of operation
The North Justice Center is open for 24 hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. On Wednesday and Thursday, the court is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The courthouse is closed on Sundays. Note that though the courthouse is open for 24 hours on some days, different departments have their own hours.

The presiding judge is the Honorable Glenn Mondo. Mondo is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University School of Law. Before being appointed to the bench, Mondo worked in private practice and handled legal matters in business and employment. Mondo has been on the bench since 2005.

Once off the exit, drive to the intersection of Harbor Blvd. and Berkeley Ave. Then, drive North until you see the North Justice Center Complex between Harbor Blvd. and Valley View Dr. Once inside the courthouse, the Limited Civil and Small Claims department is on the second floor in Department C3.
