The presiding judge is the Honorable Cynthia Loo. Loo is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Law. Before being appointed to the bench, Loo worked as a trial lawyer in Los Angeles where she focused on child advocacy. Judge Loo is a recipient of numerous prestigious awards for legal practicioners, including but not limited to the Stonewall Hero Awards and Asian Pacific American Women Lawyers Alliance. She has been on the bench since 2015.
