General info
The presiding judge is the Honorable David Wolf. Wolf has been on the bench since 2016. Judge Wolf faciliates a creative new program that allows for violent inmates in Kern County to attend hearings virtually through a live-stream. This saves the state of California and Kern County from using public funds to transport inmates to court when they pose a violent threat to the community while being brought to court. Instead, public funds do not need to be used to transport inmates to court for hearings.
